Finish Video Sharing Site (PHP/MySQL) [VideoComm]

This project is about 50% done, the prior coder left. this is a repost of the project, so you MUST read the attached.. it explains what needs to be done, and what was done. It looks like most of the hard stuff was done, so we just need a superstar to help finish it off. please ask all questions! One side (creator side) for where videos are uploaded to the community (as .mov or m4v files) with descriptive tags and text explaining the content. The videos are viewed (but not downloaded) by all who have signed on as creators (streamed or viewed as flash video). The creators may rate (stars) other creator's content. The other side of will be for Consumers to register and pay for access to a Specific Creators “Space??. For further details see the attached document. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) you must complete the ENTIRE project as posted 100%, or agree to forfeit all monies. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
