Mailchimp list synchronisation with MySQL database

Need a Mailchimp list synchronised with an existing MySQL database. Any new subscribers that join or unsubscribe from the Mailchimp list will need to be added to or removed from the MySQL database on a daily basis via a cron script running on the server. What is required from this project is a single PHP script that can be run using a cron script and has a settings section at the top of the file where we can enter - database host - database name - database host - database username - database password - mailchimp API key - mailchimp list ID MySQL table structure can be supplied upon acceptance of supplier Payment upon completion.
