148711 simple website email problem

i recently setup [login to view URL] and followed the cron job setup however when i setup a test reminder it did not seem to go through., Im not sure if the problem is with the server time maybe being off or what but im sure its minor as this did work before moving servers.... need someone to check and find out why rmeinders not going out
