Adware Program and Control Panel

Bidders should be experienced in not only coding but security as well. The project budget is a guideline, all serious bids will be considered. REQUIRED Features of Adware: Program should be able to "bind" with other programs. Installer file - the installer file should be an adware application that will display advertising in a users browser (in place of normal ads), I would like it to also do 404, re-install, strip other apps. except mine, force clicks when instructed and allow other applications to be uploaded (update abilities). The Adware will install itself automatically when the users click on an EXE file. The file should be small (50-150kb) and delete itself when the HIDDEN installation is completed. The Adware should be installed in the Windows registry and should be VERY HARD to uninstall. Should also include features to avoid detection by security, if possible. The Adware itself could possibly be a BHO that injects ads/ad code into users browsers. Whatever is best to acheive as many features as possible. Ad Types: Flash based slide-ins that display ads (catfish ads) Banners Cookies from affiliate offers. ad embed code from various advertisers. (Embed code is mostly html iframes or javascript) Operating Systems: All major versions of windows 32-bit (64-bit where possible) Browsers Needed: (Version numbers are not absolute) Chrome 7+ Firefox 3+ IE 6+ Safari - PHP Web based control panel - full control panel for the adware. - Control panel should: keep track of IPs, geographical location, full logs can block off IP ranges and keep track of referrers, browsers, etc. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
