GoMeeting clone

Basically I need a clone of [login to view URL] ofcourse when I say clone I dont mean exact clone..colors has to be different, layout a little different as well. but what needs to be same is the functionallity.. To summarize whats this is going to be used for is mainly for teachers to teach to multiple students online. (in spanish and english) So the application must have a live video chat w. voice , meeting schedules etc etc..the more interaction teacher/students the better...come with your suggestions too...this could probably be done in joomla so that fine but I want you to be a hardcore programmer if you need to digg into the code..so no beginners please only streaming video/audio pros may apply. If you have a sample of something streaming youve done in the past shoot it over.
