STS Template for OSCommerce

I sts module installed a few sts template files created (see attached. I need this in the next 2 days. What i;m looking for. Header - don't bother cutting up the tabs for navigation as this will change. As long as there is a <div> of defined height i can put a menu in later. home page must displays latest products as the attached file shows products page will have a simple tree navigation on the side. product page has a module already installed to show multiple images in lightview. It will also need to show companion items that were purchased along the current product in the past (see attachement) Could do it myself but I'm running out of time so i need a pro who can get this done quickly.
