68425 Fake Hits Generator

I need a program that will generate unique hits to a website. It should be able to run with or without a proxy list. They must be unique. It must be able to change the proxy randomly to act as different visitors from different IPs. Run multiple processes and be able to send hits to multiple websites at the same time. I would like something that can send between 30,000 to 50,000 hits an hour. A desktop program would be preferable but web based will do as long as it is a simple install such as HTML. I want to see a demo before I pay.
