need a perfect clone of Spamarrest.com

Hi, I need a perfect clone of [login to view URL] with all the features. Everything should be same in running. I want to start offering the same service as Spamarrest does. Include complete website with free and pay membership plans. The admin panel should be flexible to change as many features as possible on the fly. I prefer the script to be written in php with a mysql database . The script should come with its own installer. I want full rights to the script as if I wrote it myself. I want it done that way that it can be translated to other languages (e.g. by using language file). Please bid only if you have experience with scripts like this. Thanks
