98776 Programming Help Needed

Hello! I am a graphic designer who spends the majority of my days at the computer. I would like to create a small program that will allow me to watch my dvds & search and watch [login to view URL] videos without having to juggle windows. This would be a frame-like window to the left of the screen. I have created a jpg that simulates how I would like this to look / function. (*If you can't do the dvd part, please place a bid on the [login to view URL] part... thanks!) - The program needs to be small in size, easy to install, and created as a .exe file. - The program (when opened) simply adds a window (like an html frame) on the computer. This window opens along the left-hand side of the screen and is the same size as the scriptlance menu (look to your left for size). *MOST IMPORTANT PART: the rest of the operating system windows are on the right side of the window, including the start button and nav bar. (see attached image). The screen will stay like this until the 'x' has been clicked on the viewing window. - The window (see image) will need to be able to search [login to view URL] videos, display results (up to 20 results before 'view more results' link shows). It will also need to have a 'PLAY DVD' button at the top (next to the 'x'). When the user clicks 'PLAY DVD', the dvd that is in the drive opens in the window and begins to play. Should be able to press play, pause, and stop. Do not need rewind / ff. - 'View Larger Video in Popup Window' link will need to be created just below the playing video image. This will obviously play the video in a pop-up window. Would also like to display 'most viewed' and 'top-rated' links below the search results. When clicked, a new popup window searches youtube's 'most viewed' / 'top-rated' and displays the results / web page. When you select a 'most viewed' video title from the popup, it closes the popup window and plays the video back in the left-hand frame. - Program knows when you are at [login to view URL] (and as long as the program is running, it displays the video in the left-hand frame and in the left-hand frame. So, If I was running the program, went to [login to view URL] in my browser (right-hand side), clicked a video (which plays in both), and then went to another site in my right-hand browser window, the video in the left would continue playing... serving the purpose of this program in the first place. (( If I want to view videos in regular browser window (not in the frame), I will simply close the program (frame) and proceed as usual )) Looking for most logical programming language on this one.
