Site Design & Sub Domain Script

1. I need a script that will give users a subdomain. They should be given a users area/cpanel so they can view all files within their account. We should be able to create accounts manually (also) and set quotas in an admins area. User should be able to upload files via Cpanel/users area and if possible via ftp. Each user should reigster and be give a unique username and password. 2. Also, there should be a feature that will allow the user to design a web page. It should be WYSIWYG. If possible have drag and drop features (i.e. clipart). The web page should be saved, being automatically uploaded. All of this should be web based, user hsouldn't have to download anything. Payment upon completion. Must see working example before paying. You should also be willing to work with me to make changes and etc to my satisfaction. It would be great if you do it from scratct. But just to help you out, on two seperate sites I have a script installed that gives out subdomains. It gives the user accounts where they can view files and etc. (Changes need to be made and added to admin area. And I have another script that is a WYSIWYG site designer but instead of saving files on server or whatever it saves it to your computer then you have to upload it. Maybe you could work with the two and make them work to my satisfaction. HOWEVER, if you plan to do this please let me know in the PMB.
