I am using Adobe Captivate to create quizzes for my employees. I would like to generate a .pdf report of their quiz scores once they have finished the quiz.
so basicly when the user finishes the quiz they would click on a button on the last slide and it would execute a javascript to create a .pdf with the fields below.
here's how it should work
1. employee will be logged into a site scripted in .php . once they log in the user information will be imbedded in current user session.
2. the user will then proceed to take a quiz created in Adobe Captivate 3.
3. When the user finished the quiz, I want the $_SESSION['username'] from the php session to print at the top of the "quiz results page" created by Adobe Captivate 3.
4. Then the user should be able to click a "print" button on the last page of the Quiz and produce a .pdf of the quiz to print out... the .pdf should have the following fields printed on it..
$_SESSION['username']
{score} [from Adobe Captivate 3]
{max-score} [from Adobe Captivate 3]
{correct-questions} [from Adobe Captivate 3]
{total-questions} [from Adobe Captivate 3]
{percent} [from Adobe Captivate 3]
{total-attempts} [from Adobe Captivate 3]
or if its easier, I would like the quiz results to be sent to a mysql database on the system.
