We want to sell minutes to customers and then we service them whenever they need help. I like to look at our minutes packages like calling cards, you use them and the minutes are removed as you use them… Users sign up for an account, input their info and can modify their accounts later on something similar to this form: [login to view URL] we have a account information page for the customer to view their account status and how many minutes are left on their account, and work performed etc…. similar to this form: [login to view URL] users can buy minutes packages, and this is already working stuff through our payment processor, also an API is there so that you can adjust their minutes on their accounts after they buy them… besides the minutes we will sell packages ??" or basic services like “virus removal??, “general maintenance?? etc… so the system must keep track of customers who buy these basic type of services and should allow us to define new ones…. We need a back end office type thing, or an administration area where we can modify customer accounts and put in the work we performed and how many minutes it took etc… so this information appears to the customer when they check their account details after logging in. This is a rough skeleton of what is required
