Excel OFFSET/IF formula update

I have a spreadsheet that tries to predict a price that the stockmarket will not reach within the next x number of days. The Win/Lose feature of the spreadsheet checks back after that number of days has passed to see whether the prediction was correct or not. Previously, the spreadsheet used to predict both an upper & lower price that would not be reached. However I recently changed it so that it only predicts one of those levels. Since doing that the Win/Lose feature does not work properly, as it sometimes indicates a loss when infact it was a win.
