iPhone app - for band promotion

I'm looking for an iPhone app I can use as a framework for my friends band. I'll do the artwork etc... There is a free app on the store for a band called "chew lips"? Something similar to this is what I'm looking for, doesn't have to be the same but basically similar functionality. I'll need pages: Bio, Gigs, Photos, Videos, Music, Credits. If this can be set up in a way I can use it as a frame to then put the graphics and artwork in. If you could provide a brief description on how to update the web based files so that we can keep the gigs updated without having to update the app.? Maybe add new photos etc too, again without updating the app itself. Thank you.
