Make my email link work.

i have a website i am trying to help a friend with, they have email contact links that when clicked should open and send an email with one copy to me and one copy to the sender. The email it goes to are generated from a database. At present an email will go to the user but Not to me. Can someone fix this, this is php code and i have no idea where to start. I need this job done as urgent so if you cant start straight away then please dont bid.. many thanks for reading please look at the attached zip file for web link..
