Radio script: take ''who's is playing'' and get artist info from database

We are radio directory website and looking for someone who could create a script which: a) connects to a radio station and gets all information about currently playing artist, song, time, name of radio station(if possible). b) process it, cleans from unnecessary information and puts all information into database c) takes all information about artist and connects to big-artist-database (we'll have to buy it or rent ... ) d) checks artist name (again), song title and gets album information, artist picture or album picture (if possible) and album information e) final result - artist data and statistics pictured on our website. We dont know anything about which big-artist-database should use, so its up to you. Admin part: we'll also need ... maybe basic functions. We'll discuss it later. This is small part of all project. If job is done good maybe you'll agree in doing all radio portal which is very huge project.
