A Simple Website for a Temporary Campaign

I reuire a simple website for a temporary campaign against a development in an area thats going up. We want to try and stop the development to keep this town rural. The website will have a green coloured theme It will require a header and footer designed. A Photo gallery A moderated blog A simple survey that sends the results to an email address A News and section that can be updated though a a simple CMS I would like the design for the header, footer and main page to be a backgrop picture of this town, faded out so the writing on top of it is visible. The rest of the site will be static content provided by me. It would be better if you have MSN because that is how I like to communicate. This project needs to be finished in 2 weeks If most of the design is done in a week I will award a $150 bonus. Thank you ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
