329570 copycat: TrafficNowFire

Sorry, to be more descriptive, I need a script similar to trafficnowfire.com. I need to be able to change/add banners, give points, approve banners, etc.. Also need payout options imbedded (?) in the script so that I can do mass payouts. I would prefer AlertPay, however PayPal is acceptable. I'm sorry, I don't know anything about building websites, so if there is something I've left out, please ask and I will try to tell you or explain. I really pretty much just want a site almost exactly like trafficnowfire. I greatly appreciate any help! Also, I need graphics for the site, so if you know where to get any cheap, let me know! lol!
