Twitter Marketing Application

I'm looking for someone who can build a replica of **[login to view URL]** for me. The core of the site needs to work exactly like [login to view URL] but it needs, of course, a different look. You can copy the text from twiends as a place holder for now as I will have a copywriter change it. I would also like to add a user forum (vbulletin) and have the site's content management system based on **Joomla**. The application needs to interface flawlessly with Twitter (obviously) and Paypal for one-time purchass as well as Paypal subscriptions. Please quote a complete price as well as time needed. All coding needs to be done with **proper documentation** and comments so other developers can build on the code, if they look at it later (**no messy coding**!). I will also need some form of written documentation on how the application functions (user manual) for myself and other people who work for me. I will own all the rights to the code and work product upon paying you. The site and application need to be fully functional and setup on our hosting server (Linux). I would also like to possibly build an iPhone app for this, but would like to get a separate price.
