HELP COMPLETE MY WEBSITE 01.30.10

Dear GAF Professionals, I have an incomplete website: [login to view URL] I bought the script from [login to view URL] and hired a GAF pro who has really disappointed me. For 2 months he has not done a thing. The script is from www.2coolcode.com. It instantly creates a craigslist look a like site. I want to slightly improve this site. I have a Professional Graphic Designer in my team who is ready to give you all the Graphics that you need i.e. pictures, swf, jpeg, GIF, videos e.t.c. He works for me and helps me with all my other sites. I just need you to do simple changes to make the script work properly and to add nice massage pictures. My graphic designer will help you with this. I would like you to bid $50 (5 hours @ $10 per hour) for the make over and I will pay an additional $30 (3 hours at $10 per hr.) per month for monthly maintenance to change or repair issues monthly. If you exceed the hours please bill me at the rate of $10 per hour. I will always maintain an escrow for your work.
