Property Classified website for Global Properties

need a fully functional dynamic Property Classified website with user friendly admin & Agent/seller control panel, featured property thumbnails, sponsor adds section, Legal services tab, Mortgage services tab, full accounting system for agents, sellers and website revenue accounting. Admin should be able to easily create global packages or individual packages and can offer discounts to specic agents if need be. admin can approve a member as account customer with monthly billing generated by the system or pay as you advertise member with on the spot credit card processing. Agents should be able to place their property details, pictures, select categories, country, citi, area, currency, type of property, additiona premium features that he wants to include like featured property, gallery featured etc. etc on one single page, the nest page should give the preview of the advert to which the seller has to confirm. The advert than either goes to pending section of go live depending upon the permission given by the admin to that agent. Legal and Mortgage services tabs should have boxes (width a little smaller than screen width)with their logo and a few lines of descrition about their services - if a viewer clicks that box it opens a page for that particular advertiser where they place all the info about the services being offered and a banner on the top with their own logo (Like a small website of their own) - Mortgage brokers or legal companies can place their adds without a need to get in touch with us and pay online securely or request a credit account which again needs to be approved by the [login to view URL] the service adverts needs to be approved by the admin and a suitable user friendly section needs to be created for all pending account applications and adverts - admin should be able to create such adds for advertizers and process their credit cards online. admin should be able to mark any account as free advertizer, give advertising credits to particular members, set up credit limits so they cannot place adverts if the credit limit is crossed. visitor feedback system (text & positive, negative or neutral) with seller status set by number of positive feedbacks and represented by titles like powerseller stuff - admin can amend, edit or delete any feedback. Property agent & admin should be able to list properties in the following format: Sale -> subcategory Freehold or Leasehold, Rent -> sub category Short let & Long Let, Investment property, Holiday Letting with Online booking and availability calendar. admin can create category with unlimited subcategories. admin control panel should be designed in a way that each functionality is represented with clear text and Icon. This project needs to be completed by 28th Jan max - No time wasters please.
