Customise Install HTML Snippet Plugin

I would like to add the HTML Snippet plugin to all of my posts on my wordpress plugin with the a code snippet which is a form from a third party. One of the fields in the form is called Tour and rather than the site visitor complete the tour details I would like to customise the code so that once teh form is submitted it passes data to third party software.
