Embed Paypal payment into Smartformer Gold/Joomla Form

We have a joomla-based website that uses Smartformer Gold [[login to view URL]] for a gift card form [[login to view URL]]. We need to be able to embed the payment portion into our form so that 1) a customer does not leave this page for payment. Our customers are confused by having to go to another site, PayPal, to process payment Previously, we also had customers who were using the form, a dollar was added for processing, but somehow they were able to edit the Paypal payment page to only be charged a $1 for the whole gift card purchase. We need the gift card amount to be charged in addition to +$1 added. 2) We add a $1 for processing to the form but not allow anyone to edit anything re: the payment amount(s) 1&2 are the requirements for this project and we don't have to use Smart Former. If you were to use another joomla form plugin, you would need to recreate the form.
