Joomla Expert Needed to Finish Our Flash Games Website

Are you a Joomla EXPERT? Are you a fast web coder and very detail oriented? Do you take pride in your technical abilities and problem solving? We are looking for a GREAT communicator who has the knowledge, resources, speed, and expertise to COMPLETE our website! Firefighter Flash Games is a website we contracted to have built around the theme of Firefighting flash games. Basic look and feel was supposed to emulate [login to view URL] as far as layout and functionality. The current site is NOT complete, but previous provider was unable to implement all of the functionality as we specified. ## Deliverables This website is centered around Firefighter Flash Games and ADVERTISING is the central source of revenue - so the ability to serve ads and monetize the site is crucial. Current version of the site is built on Joomla - and we need the interface to be intuitive and deliver the functions we request. Visitors to our website MUST have the ability: 1) sign up and register for an account with the site AND have the ability to login using their FaceBook account if they so choose. We have a Facebook account that this API should be driven from so we can track the signups, etc. 2) embed the games on their own blog, or FaceBook, or MySpace page 3) submit their own games (through a web form - ability to upload a file of 10Mb or less, etc.) Visitor must be 'logged in' in order to submit a game. Notification of Game submission would trigger an email to Admin and Admin must approve all games before they can go 'live.' Visitor must have the ability to upload a thumbnail graphic - a still image that will represent the game on the site. Admin must have the ability to 'manage' flash game assets after they have been uploaded - sort, place in page, and/or replace games, thumbnails, descriptions, titles, etc. 4) Featured Game section must be changeable by Admin so that the 'Featured Game' can be rotated as needed. 5) We must have the ability to 'Manage' registered users, export lists of emails, delete accounts, etc via the Joomla CMS. 6) We MUST have the ability to EDIT and replace CONTENT on the SITE pages including TEXT, GAMES, GRAPHICS, AD BOXES. We are providing: 1) Flash Games (SWF) 2) Web Hosting 3) Access to the backend of the website in it's current form ([login to view URL]) MySQL, Joomla, and FTP access. You MUST be able to MODIFY, FIX, ALTER, and CODE the website so that it works to our specifications. There are many features of the current site that are WRONG and must be changed. You must enable us to place AD code where needed - i.e, program a way for us to place our own Flash Pre-Roll Ads before the Game loads. Of course, we will place Banner Ads on pages as well. We use DFP Small Business for serving Ads (Doubleclick for Publishers) so you MUST demonstrate an ability to help implement the appropriate code so that we can use this platform. This is the first of many 'themed' sites we have planned, so successful build may result in future work and an ongoing relationship. You MUST also be able to give us a 'walk-through' tutorial or overview on how to USE the CMS system you implement so that we can USE and ADMINISTER the website. Project will proceed in phases: 1) Site Assessment - you review the current site and our requirements and submit a plan to complete the site. 2) Infrastructure setup and approval (Joomla CMS, MySQL, Facebook API, update the Layout to our specifications. 3) Final coding and implementation of changes. 4) Testing and Final Approval - we must be given a overview of how to use the CMS, be able to test the account creation, how to manage users, test the Facebook login, test the Ad serving and Ad placement, Test the Game submission engine, test the Game approval engine, test the Content replacement functionality, etc. Please provide references and samples of your previous website work. We have attached a screenshot JPG of what we want the Homepage to look like so you can see the extent of modifications we are looking for. The rest of the changes are functional - Game Submission, etc.
