Profiling simple network packets across machines in an internal subnet.

Need to profile the time taken to send and receive back simple digital data. This requires someone with C/C++ skills to be able to timestampe a packet leaving/entering at user/kernel space using an attached GPS receiver - utilizing either NTP/PTP - in a roundtrip scenario. More info in the attached file. Pls ensure you have high ranking on Freelancer. Needless to say you should be very experienced in C/C++ at low levels at kernel level in Windows/Linux.
