small changes to existing page

PICTURE - Pictures when I go with a mouse on any picture in any project should not appear on a new page but it should be zooming to bigger size and work like a gallery with next function see: Example link will be provided to selected coders and be shown on the same page with the arrow next. - The pictures on Home Page should be bigger around 220 x 330 px and reduced to 3 instead of 5 , The pictures on project site should be bigger around 160x 200 px ( or what would be suitable) - the restriction of min 2 pictures should be changed to 1 - Link to the project should be visible in the project - Comments: all can write comments for the pictures but admin and user that posted a project should be able very easily delete not willing comments comments will be displayed on home page After voting return to home page - just to change the link behind
