Write some Software

I need someone to help me write a software that could identify a web site if they are from a specific country eg "Malaysia" (i can specify) The flow of the sequence is as follows :- a. The software will pick up the link from an excel file. please see attached file. b. The software will scan the contact us or about us contact page then it will identify the country by these few methods : 1. The country telephone code eg +60 (this will idendify its malaysia) (this one i can also specify the code) 2. The address of company which usually containt 'Malaysia" 3. or anything else which you think can identify its from malaysia such as the url contain [login to view URL] with this link you can confirm that it is from malaysia. c. if the software cannot find the contact us link, it will scan the entire page generally to identify if they are from "malaysia" d. if the link is from malaysia, it will be kept in column A, if it is from other country, it will be discarded. (probably copy it to column B in the excel file) The software must handle all possible error such as : 1. Cannot open that web page 2. Too long cannot find the country source 3. whatever error that cause the software to stuck there. if you are not sure that you can do this job, please do not bit You must test it and confirm running before giving to me. No need to ask me for advance payment, i have been conned by too many programmer that ask for advance payment and end up say cannot do the work. Terms for bidding :- 1. 50% payment upon SATISFIED TESTING of FINAL RUNNING program that is running and properly tested (do not give me something that is still not functional). The final software is able to accurately identify (at least 99% accuracy in identifying the country) a list of 1000 url which i provide later for testing without hanging. 2. Balance 50% once you solve any bugs. If you are not agreeable with payment term, PLEASE DO NOT BIT.
