I need a program to track sample requests within my company. Within the program, I want to be able to enter a request with different fields of data, have that data be saved, be able to email the filled out form to a list of recipients or the person that is assigned the task. Then I need another area of the program where I can see all projects and filter them by status (open, closed, in process, etc). I need revisions tracked - not the changes but just that the sample request has been revised (rev 0, rev 1, rev 2 etc). I am open to platforms - this could be done online, in Access maybe or even fully programmed.
