Batch Converter

Plllllllllllleaaaaaaaaaase Helppppppppp I need a converter that can do batch emails from word to rtf but not have a limit to the amount of documents that can be converted. I have tried searching the web and there are a number of applications there but they seem to have a limit. I want one that can do it in the click of a button. One programme that was a free download keeps crashing at 11% due to debugging problems. There must be someone out there that can help. Surely for an IT expert like yourselves its a matter of seconds.
