Ebay API Analysis project

This will be integrated into my web site, and I need an experienced web developer. I am looking for a programmer that is familiar with the Ebay API. I am seeking to make a web site that can extract information using the Ebay API. This will be programmed in PHP. The statistics that I seek are the following: * Top 10 most sold items per category * Top 10 most expensive ebay items sold during the day before. * Top 10 items sold for 25 dollars or less, and items sold for 100 dollars or more * Hot categories ??" Every hot category must have more than $25,000 in revenue for the past 30 days, and must 700 bids in the last 30 days <UL type=circle> * There are different degrees of hot categories: <UL type=square> * Super hot ??" bid growth exceeds the listing growth by 35 percent or more * Super hot ??" bid growth exceeds the listing growth by 15-35 percent * Super hot ??" bid growth exceeds the listing growth by 15 percent All the information that I seek must be stored into a database and the UNIQUE ID should be the date in the form of JAN-06-2006. * I only have 10,000 API calls per month, and I would like these stats to update automatically. For the admin panel, I need the following functions: * Username/password to access the admin panel * Need to have a counter to view how many API calls I have for the month. * Need to control when the ebay statistics should be updated ie. Everyday, every 3 days, etc * Ability to download the MySQL database ebay information, which serves as a backup. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
