Form Mail Script Need

We currently have about 100 website on GoDaddy shared windows hosting. We are using a coldfusion mailform script that sends results to our email address. All we have to do create a form and link (action=) it to the coldfusion mailform in the main directory of the website and everything is taken care of except for adding "subject", "towho" and "redirect" hidden field. GoDaddy is now discontinuing coldfusion and we need a script that can do the same thing written in a script that can be used on GoDaddys shared windows hosting and just uploaded to our site, change the "action=" to the new script and we would all be ready to go.
