Web-based Software Application completion needed.

First end interface design is almost completed and written in XHTML with CSS and some Javascript. It has been designed in VS 2005 so no problems should arise in building the application out from there. The program should not be affected in anyway should we change the layout and design or allow the user to customize the interdace design within certain parameters (ie using identical ID's) In other words, the program should function for one design or another as long as the proper IDs, buttons editable areas and other program necessay componets are used. This application should be programmed in ASP.net 2.0 w/VB or VB.net and use SQL of some flavor as the database. Some AJAX may be needed as well as expert level understanding of table less design using CSS and XHMTL strict would be helpful. No graphic or design work will be required in this project. The project entails 5 screens at present with a user login and a few alert box selection screens, user storable compilations; 6-8 separate libraries for the user to choose items from, 4 of those libraries will need to be user uploadable video, audio, images, and captured voice; there will be an editable multipage area where the users can pull items from any of the libraries and set the items into an order as well as add custom text, this area will need be a multipage area that the user can move through; this multipage customized area will then be stored as a compilation. After programming is complete we will need a firm estimate of the number of users a highend server and the corresponding database server will be able to handle concurrently as well as max number of users the database server will be able to handle with multiple front end servers querying it. If we are satified with work, including the less delays of completion, the following of unstructions and etc, there will be more work for the winning bidder to include thrid party membship and referral site as well as a shopping and sharing site. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Please see project description.
