create auto function in existing program

it's a functioning Duty Roster program. 1. auto function is not working correctly. auto cannot distribute its values accordingly... make auto distribute its values correctly. 2. check for any program errors or bug....especially the printout. 3. create 1 with anti piracy features and 1 without anti piracy features. 4. please add the word file into the program.
