Create Installer for Crystal Reports Runtime

Prepare and Deliver and executable that will install the Crystal Reports Ryuntime Drivers.? This executable should be able to be called from the current installer for the project and run with out user dialogs.? We need something more straight forward and it is more cost effective for us to out source it rather that to try and learn it and then do it
