Hey everyone... Well to start off, I kno tons of php, im just to lazy to make a site like this, but I could easily manage it well and know alot about it. Alright to start off I pretty much want a changed up copy of [login to view URL], i dont want it exactly the same but like changed template, ect... There is really not much more to say, you can just make a account on that site ([login to view URL]) and look around and see what i expect. I started a site ([login to view URL]) but like i said im just to lazy on this project and way to busy doing other things.... You can use the text on the outsite of the site off of what I have already started on ad-target... The site name will be Ad-target and you can pretty much use the template I already have uploaded on the site but you just have to do the inside or whatever... I also want some images on there like a logo and you know... Pics to make it look nice... Otherwise I dont really care as long as its just like [login to view URL] (both advertisers secton and publisher section). When you win this bid I will give you some hosting to work on or just adventually upload the site onto... Or if you want to use your own hosting it is also fine, just let me know... As you know this bid is 10 days long, so that means it will end on 6/21/06, I would perfer the site be done befor july 4th.... but i really care about quality so that doesnt really matter alot. Now for payments I will pay in paypal... I perfer to send payment once site is fully done becuase i donnot like to get scammed...But if that is not alright you can make the site on your own server... let me see it and make sure that it is your site (like you would change something on it so i kno you accually made it). Then I could send like half of the payment, then you could upload the site onto my server and then i would send the other half of the payment.... Those are really the two ways i will do the payment... so if its something like i pay full upfront or even half upfront, dont even bother bidding (not trying to sound like a dick or anything).
