19567 Basic PHP Website

I need a basic php website similar to http://www.zalk.net. The website will be done in php and need to have a look similar to zalk.net. I need 2 different designs 2 choose from. The website needs to have all the text where it can be changed from the admin section. The pages needed are listed below. You should be able to edit text for each page from the admin section. The designs will use 3 basic colors of gold navy and white.
