Both registered users and if possible Non registered users able to vote on the best profile but if registered or non registered must be defined as to which. Design, Database and ecommerce. This is NOT social network or Dating site – but similar in operation but much smaller Simply vote for best profile. You could use BoonEx or similar we are flexible so long as it does the job. Must look modern, clean and inviting BoonEx site is already uploaded so just needs Design and Functionality (remove unused parts) as described The site needs to look very upmarket to attract 18-30 year olds it must look credable and interesting.
