Creative and Dynamic site for a young audience

Hi there, I would like to hire a creative Web Designer who has got some experience in building up websites for a young audience and who could easily turn around a rectangle into an appealing and ...surprising shape. The structure of this website should be simple, appealing and solid so that it could support a reasonable amount of traffic. I would like to have the opportunity to deal with a designer who can quickly visualize how to illustrate some of the core concepts (three forums articulated around three distinct services, a fundraising module, a sponsorship section) and here and there he/ she can go beyond my basic/ general requirements. Though the website will be 8 to 9 page long, the main emphasis is placed on designing the very first page that should be dynamic, easily readable both on the mobile devices and desktop and .... enticing. The website is articulated around a few major sections such as - 1. three discussion forums built around three distinct concepts - A (free service), B ($25 paid for a particular service) and C (a customized service) Some of the aspects I am mostly concerned with here are related to the layout (something that would inspire innovation) as well as to the most effective way to represent those services (either integrated or separate) Use PayPal methods only. 2. two different registration databases corresponding to both kinds of participants (business and academia) 3. a PowerPoint collection of presentations with fundraising capabilities (i.e. - every single presentation can collect money .....if you have got a better idea go with it) 4. sponsors.
