I would like to work with a developer who has excellent User experience and UI design skills as well as the necessary development expertise required to create a complete dating similar website, but not dating. The site can translate automatically according to region, we can also change contents manually. The site need contain affiliate function. The site should have three user groups, lower group can be upgrated by user promotion and paid fee. It is a positive if you have custom developed other dating or similar websites before, but not must. Send me reference sites if you have. You must be SEO conscious and know exactly how to develop SEO friendly site. I have no time requirement, but with limited budget:)
