Please note - the is for an ADULT CONTENT website.... Need someone to create a DVD rental/sale site from scratch using sites similar in nature (we will provide the sites that we like as a reference showing what we want done and how we want it to work as well as look at sites you have previously developed that are specific to the DVD rental/sale industry.) Site must include an EASY way to add/delete DVD\'s including images, description, stars etc. Must be able to change pricing for monthly/quarterly/annual memberships. Site must be set up to link to CCBILL for payment processing and IMMEDIATELY upon payment approval activate membership so that member can start renting videos. Sight MUST have an \'adult content\' warning page with member logon available as well as buttons to either enter the site or leave the site with age verification by means of inserting date of birth. People are restricted from seeing the information on the DVD\'s without being a member. They are able to see the covers and titles but cannot reserve or order a DVD without being a member. Please DO NOT BID if you have not previously created a DVD rental site - We need someone who has already got the expertise in creating the site and database etc. This project has a LIMITED BUDGET - we anticipate that bids will be within our budget range.
