A few text boxes - headline + 2-3 news items with talkback options with ability to monitor talkbacks by the site managers. 3. At least 4 spaces for banners. 4. A flexible interface which would allow swift editing (text, photos, banner changes), style and design changes, a statistics (users, banners etc.). 5.
