We are a new company in need of a basic site where contractors can create an account and submit Deals, and customers can accept them. Contractors will need to pay commission on accepted deals, preferably through both PayPal and credit card. Total page count should be under 10. We just need basic security and functionality while we determine the feasibility of the business model. This is my first website, so I'm probably underestimating it, but your estimate is pretty close to what I was expecting. I'm attaching a Word document with more-detailed requirements. We will be very small and local until we know it's profitable, so some manual offline work is expected. I will be the webmaster, so I will need some basic instruction on editing content once it's built. Please let me know if you have any other questions or suggestions. Regards
