Html Template Modifications

I have a template coded in html5/css3 It is a responsive template - meaning it automatically adjusts based on browser size. This functionality must be left in tact throughout all modifications listed below, and should be tested on both mobile and desktop devices across all major browsers before it will be considered completed. I will provide the template page, scripts, image files etc for the base web page. What I needed added to it are: 1) The quick contact form. Should be built into page and form mailer or form post used to send contact information through email. 2) When the quick contact form is used by a customer, after hitting submit button a pop up should appear in the middle of the screen stating that their information was sent successfully. 4) Below the contact form... I need two button holders to be built in as show in the image attached. 5) Below the button holders I need a "floating" menu. What I mean by this is to have a list of about 8 links. When one of the items in the 8 links is scrolled over, I would like the menu to expand (drop down) and show sub-selections below it ( as shown in illustration in the left navigation). Whichever page the user is currently on should be highlighted in the light green color shown on the attached mockup. I need these changes coded BOTH into the "left side bar page" AND "the right side bar page" (same exact items ... just flipped the columns) I have also included the attached files that will need to be worked on so that you can view the source before bidding. IMPORTANT: ALL EDITS BELOW MUST ALSO BE INCORPORATED INTO THE RESOPNSIVE VERSION FOR MOBILE. For questions... please let me know. I will respond as soon as I can. Ideally, I'd like to spend $25 for this as it shouldn't take any experienced coder more than an hour or two to complete. ## Deliverables All coding must keep the website W3C compliant, it must remain fully responsive for mobile devices and all browsers, and finally, it must be built EXACTLY as shown in the mock up (please pay special attention to all spacing, fonts, colors, etc that are used in the mock up). Actual web files are attached along with mock up of how the end result should look.
