Looking for web developer - Ongoing & As-Needed Basis

Hello dear bidder, I have recurring website projects to build from scratch. Most of my website projects are simple design work, using html, css and php. I may also do wordpress sites if you can. What I need is someone who knows how to create beautiful websites: great choice of colors and backgrounds, layout, original design, unique design; ability to create beautiful images; no cheap made for adsense type sites, but striking looking sites that catch the eye. Usually I just need one page/template for each site and I take it from there. The winner must be able to do everything from design to coding and photoshop work too.I am looking for a reliable website designer to work with me on an ongoing basis. If I like your work than I will come back for more on a regular basis. I will pay based on project completion. I am not very rich at all. Please give a reasonable quote. Current project that winning designer will need to work on: 1) Design work for a new website promoting online casino products. You only need to create one page in php with menu, css layout (3 columns), and a logo. I can show a mock up design for inspiration. 2) Please bid only if you think you are able to deliver and show me your portfolio. Note: I'm looking for a complete website designer/developer/programmer/coder and not just a graphic artist! 3) You must be available via email with fast responses.
