MAGENTO website enhancements (both design and code) and extensions implementation

I am looking Magento expert who can help us out in enhancement (both of design and code) and implementation of few extension. The website is currently running successfully ([login to view URL]) but we are looking for enhancement and design changes. All the requirements in details are in the attached doc. please feel free to ask any question about the requirements. please do remember to mention the point for which you are asking the question. For layout/design related changes, i want the developer to test them in different browsers before sending it across for acceptance/testing. Thanks, ankur
