Modx cms setup for one existing web site

We have a existing web site which is around 15 pages. We would like to convert it to modx revolution. They are all simple pages. Requirements: Each page may have different meta tags for seo. Easily to change the content for each page after using modx. Have the flexible to change the layouts easily. May extend to add more pages. Few pages linked to wufoo forms. Must complete it within one week Vendor must provide us reference of modx website.
