Need Big Commerce Expert Web Designer to make changes

I need assistance making changes to my "BigCommerce" template website at the following URL: [login to view URL] I need to have a custom side panel created that would allow customer's to search for products based upon the BTU's of a particular portable air conditioner. My website features many different brands, models, and sizes of this particular product. This side category would allow the visitor to the site search for either an 8,000 BTU, 9,000 BTU, 10,000 BTU, 11,000 BTU, 12,000 BTU, 13,000 BTU, or 14,000 BTU unit, and those products need to be aligned with their corresponding size in the side panel category. For Example: 100-200 Square Feet = 7,000-10,000 BTU's 150-250 Square Feet = 8,000-11,000 BTU's 250-350 Square Feet = 9,000-12,000 BTU's 350-450 Square Feet = 12,000-16,000 BTU's I need to have the "shop by price" side panel added back (it is currently a part of the big commerce template files) In addition to that change, I need to have someone re-design the look of the blog on the website. Right now, BigCommerce recently added the blog as an available feature to add but it DOES NOT look good. I want a more professional looking blog, that has a much better flow and look. Much like you would find at '[login to view URL]' or any of the other blogging website. I want the articles that I've currently written NOT to be removed with this change. All changes must be integrated into the revisions. Currently, the "ADD TO CART" button in the main category pages are too simple and I would like to have them changed to what I have when you actually click on a particular product. It's a larger YELLOW icon button that says "CHECKOUT". The current "ADD TO CART" button can continue to have the same words, just make it a button and make it YELLOW. Lastly, I would like the FONT SIZE and FONT changed for all the side panels on the left to be a bit larger and possibly bold. For example, where it says categories, those should all be a bit larger and stand out more to the visitor.
