OSCommerce and site redesign

I am looking to redesign and switch around functionalities of our 2 websites: Currently Site #1 is just an informational website. We have a forum hosted at a 3rd party which we would like to integrate within our domain (get the data and put it in phpBB or similar) Currently site #2 has OSCommerce and is available to all. What we want to do: Site #2: Export OSC DB to be later imported in site #1 Make the store availbale to retailers with username/pass (there is a contribution for Oscommerce for this) Change contact page to have 4 different inquiries (product comments, wholesale inquiries, etc) Need a store locator where by pulling the dropdown, user can see the stores in the state they choose. Site #1: Setup OSCommerce Import OSC DB from site #2 Integrate forum Add photo gallery Users ability to upload artwork Single account for forum and gallery and perhaps for OSC too (Mambo/Joomla?) Revamp the current site to have more white background keeping the top menu bar Newsletter option so users can sign up for newsletter Please do not write automated responses as your bid will not be considered.
