536586 Php Photo Gallery

Need a simple photo gallery for my website. The gallery will have the listing screen and the details screen. The gallery will have an admin panel where I can upload images with a title, description and four other fields. Script will have a header and footer file. I would like to add the header and footer code from the admin area. The gallery must be able to resize based on the device being used by the viewer. Uploaded images should be automatically resized. You must be able to write original php code, I do not want a modified version of an existing photo gallery script. I don't need all the extras that the current gallery scripts have. I have provided a mockup of what I want. Please provide examples of your current php projects.
