php programer needed

I had posted a project earlier but was unable to fully clarify what I needed to be done. Please forgive me I am not highly skilled when it comes to php and my explanation on the other project was rather weak. I have been researching for the past month and I now have a better idea of what I need, so I will try and explain it to the best of my ability. Here goes: I am trying to build a php based audio video chat site that is identical to [login to view URL] From what I found they use a php skeleton and implant the a/v video chat 2.2 or 2.3 into the php site. The site it's self is not very large only a few pages. The software that I will purchase is at [login to view URL] Please take a look at that because I will need someone to also install that software as well as make the basic php site. You can also take a look here to see the installation instructions [login to view URL] In regards to the php site I am looking for the same amount of pages as [login to view URL] and basically the same structure but with different backgrounds and text. I can make the graphics but I will need help uploading them. I also want to put adsence on the pages like cam1chat.com. I have the codes for that. On this site anyone can log in without creating an account or downloading anything but I would like them to have the option to register as a free member if they wish to have all the functions of the audio video software ie. private messages, making private rooms..ect. I think the ability to do that is in the a/v chat software. I have already purchase a virtual private server from [login to view URL] . I purchased the Z1 package for now and will have to upgrade later. Please take a look at that before we get started. It was suggested by the av chat software folks and I hope it's good for what I am trying to do. I think that server already had red5 installed So, basically i am looking for someone to build a simple php platform like [login to view URL] and install the a/v chat software therefore getting the site up and running and helping me manage it once it is.
